Dreadnots GFC are delighted to announce the return of the Couch to 5k training for Seaside 5k24 on our illuminated walking track around our 2 pitches.
On Tuesday 2nd January and every Tuesday and Thursday in the field we will gather to begin 6 weeks of training in the build up to our 5K on Sunday 11th February.
If you’ve never ran a race or you want to better a previous time our Coaches help will build you up to your best possible position.
For €70 you will train on 2 nights a week for 6 weeks, get 1 year’s membership to the walking track, entry into the 5K race and a Clogherhead 5K branded T-shirt!!
All of you who have already registered for the 5K and want to do the training can of course just pay the balance 👌

We will be having a registration day on 27th December at 3pm up the pitch now that the track repairs are complete and are having an open Community walk on this date to help burn off the Christmas calories!! You can register or sign up to a year on the walking track also.
Anyone signed up for the C25K before Christmas can use the facilities over the break in preparation for 5K training in the new year.
